for the record

I'm just going on record to say that I did not kill the washer. I have wished it dead for some time now, but I did not kill it. However, that does not change the fact that it is dead, which does not bode well for the clothing situation.

I made an amazing discovery the last time I went to the grocery store. Whole Foods has organic tater tots! I know this probably does not seem all that amazing, but really it is. I had some for lunch, with cheese on top, and it was yummy.

I am the official witness to the fact that amber did not kill the washer. Hello, it was a MONDAY, which also happens to be "little gym" day, which I have attended part of one day and KNOW WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT, that no one could have (not even amber) also managed to intentionally destroy said washer in the same day.

Take a deep breath.

YAY!!!! a new washer!!!!

seriously, she did NOT kill the washer!

Thank you for being my witness, Ashlee. :)

Lisa, that's a good one! No, I'm definitely a do-it-yourselfer, but not when it comes to major appliances, and not when Lowe's will deliver my new one, install it, and haul away the old one for a $50 fee which I will get back via rebate.

Just biding our time until Thursday...

Maybe the washer was jealous of your organic tater tots and offed itself upon realizing that it wasn't going to get any.

Speaking of which, what makes these tater tots organic? Have I been eating genetically-altered mutant tater tots for all of these years? If so, mutants have never been so delicious.

Good theory, except that the washer died the day before I ate the tater tots...

And they're organic because they're made from organically grown potatoes and don't have any preservatives in them. While I cannot say whether or not you have been eating mutant potatoes, I can say that they almost assuredly have more than just potatoes in them. The organic ones have a little bit different flavor, but that might have been from baking them instead of frying them.
