To all of you men out there: this whole new appliance thing is a slippery-slope. If you buy one new appliance, then assume in the next 12 months you are going to replace every appliance in your house. It's just the way it works. Don't question it, there's no point.
Oh, and when you wife calls you to tell you that water is bubbling up from under the floor of a slab-on-grade house with a tile floor, go ahead and thoroughly check all of the appliances that are capable of producing water (refrigerator, dish washer, sinks, etc.) before calling Ripley's Believe-It-or-Not. It's a lot less embarrassing that way.
Joe, I totally understand how you feel about the appliances -- my buddy started with a microwave and ended up buying a new fridge and, new countertops and a flat-top electric range!!! (I'm sure Azina can appreciate that last bit.)
Just for the record, I have intention of getting new appliances until the old ones break. It's not going to be my fault if the old ones break in a 12 month period... Joe just likes to try and instigate things! If he decides to get new appliances just because he's tired of hearing me grouse about how much I dislike the old ones, that's just not my fault either. :)

oooh I like it!
Happy May Day! :)
I pretty much don't care how much I am mocked if I'm going to get new stuff out of it. :)
